Per regulation, Motor Vehicle Services do not wear the side ornamentation stripe on their trousers/shorts.

Higher quality than other brands

These are Flying Cross brand shorts. The elastic helps keep your shirt tucked in the shorts. Also, the hook and eye really are reinforced, unlike other brands wear they start to wear loose and tear at the fabric.
